Oct. 10, 1979 - Tommy Docherty Arrives at QPR Football ground: Tommy Docherty, 51, the manager of Queens Park Rangers the London second division club, who was arrested as he left his London hotel yesterday morning and driven to Derby by the police for questioning in alleged irregularities in transfer fees to top players. The police have been investigating the club's book at Derby County for the last 18 months, Docherty resigned from Derby last May, before joining QPR.
