Feb. 02, 1971 - Mr. Wedgwood Benn addresses Rolls Royce workers; Nearly 2, 000 Rolls Royce workers went to the House of Commons yesterday to press MP's to force the Government not to abandon the RB-211 engine project. Earlier more than 1, 000 workers attended a rally at Friends House, Euston Mr. Benn was Minister of Technology when the Labour Government agreed to provide 70 percent launching aid for the RB-211 contract with Lockkheed.
