Jan. 01, 1970 - Prince of Wales was selected as the World's best dressed man by Americans this week, so Ruben Torres, the American-born Paris Couturier has designed a wedding suit in his honour in Royal Blue velvet satin. Torres also designed a bride outfit in Red and white, to go with the Prince's Blue suit. French models showing Torres Red White and Blue combination
