Oct. 10, 1972 - Tortoise race in Berlin for the elections. This tortoise race for Parliamentary representation is certainly not an advertisement for the Federal Election on November 19th. It was organised by some artists from the divided city. One of the tortoise owners said Party reforms are a great deal slower than my tortoises and This is the only way we can participate in the election'. Berliners are not able to elect members of the Federal Parliament
