Feb. 02, 1968 - Girl students pancake race in aid of the save the children fund.: 18 attractive girl undergraduate took part today, Shrove Tuesday, in a pancake in London's Victoria Embankment Garden were three contestants each from University legs and Kings College, London, and the city (City of London), Kent, reading and Sussex Universities. The race was held to raise money for the Save the children fund. Photo shows Patricia Ward, 20, wins the final for reading University in the Embankment Gardens today
