Feb. 02, 1968 - Girl Students pancake race in aid of the save the children fund.: 18 attractive girl undergraduates took part today, Shrove Tuesday, in a pancake race in London's Victoria Embankment Gardens. There were three contestants each from University College and King's College, London and the City (CIty of London), Kent, Reading and Sussex Universities. The race was held to raise money for the Save the Children fund.
