Ts Eliot, poet, at Shakespeare service, Southwark Cathedral
1957 - Shakespeare Commemorative Service at Southwark Cathedral: A commemorative service was held this afternoon at Southwark Cathedral to mark the opening of the special Shakespeare Festival fortnight. A series of one-night Shakespeare plays are to be presented during the second week at Duthy Hall, Great Guildford Street, SE1, a week's presentation of Much Ado About Nothing by the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
