Aug. 08, 1965 - Dockers Meeting A mass meeting called by Transport and General Workers Union officials, was held outside London Royal Group today. appealing to 9, 000 men to withdraw their threat to vital exports, the dockers had decided yesterday to work-to-rule form Monday as a protest against the one-day suspension notices issued to 1600 men for attending the unofficial meeting in working hours.
