Vic Feathers calls for meeting with all print unions Following a pay dispute between the Newspaper Publishers Association and the National Graphical Association, there is a compete shut-down of all national newspapers in London and their Manchester offices. TUC Secretary Mr. Vic Feather has intervened, and today called for a meeting with all print unions for emergency talks at Congress House, Great Russell Street, London.
