1962 - Firemen and Police search static water tank for six year old boy and he sits watching them The scene is set at a static water tank in a corner of White chapel, Six year old Malcolm Norbury is missing. And, according to playmates, he was last seen in the tank. Into the water goes a squad of firemen and police. Suddenly Malcolm mother spots a familiar face among the crowd it was Malcolm, calmly sitting, watching the searchers at work. Keystone Photo Shows: Here is Malcolm after his rediscovery, when he was not lost. He said that he got out of the tank himself. Just like that.
