1953 - King's Troops Of The F.W.G. At Rehearsal Major Weldon Gives Instruction: The King's Troop of the Royal Horse Artillery was to vb seen rehearsing at Wormwood Scrubs this morning for their public displays this year. A new morning's carried out by six horses with limber and a thirteen ponder gun - in which they charge over a three foot brushwood fence. The leads, middle and wheel horses jump independently to gun and limber being dragged over the fence. Photo Shows Major F.E.G.
