Feb. 02, 1954 - The Colonial Secretary Leaves For Kenya. Mr. Selwyn Lloyd Leaves For Khartoum: Mr. Oliver Lyttleton the Colonial Secretary - accompanied by Mr. Selwyn Lloyd left London Airport this morning. Mr. Lyttleton is going to Kenya for the third time to review the situation with regard to the Mau Mau conflicts. He is to discuss the situation with Sir Evelyn Baring the Governor and Gen. Sir George Erskine C. in C. East Africa. Mr. Selwyn Lloyd is going to Khartoum to open the Sudanese Parliament.
