Nov. 11, 1953 - RSM Brittain Receives award: Regimental Sergeant Ronald Brittain, Coldtsrem Guards, owner of the loudest voice in the British Army today received a bar to his long Service and Goal conduct Medal. He has been in the Army 56 years. The presentation was made by Major General E.S.B. Gaffney, GOC Aldershot Wistrict at a passing out parade at Mons Officer Cadet School, Aldershot.
