Nov. 19, 1953 - BSM Britain Receives Award.: Regimental Sergeant Major Ronald Brittain, Coldstream Guards, owner of the loudest voice in the British Army, today received a bar to his Long Service and Good Conduct Medal. He has been in the Army 36 years. The presentation was made by Major General E.S.B.
