M.E. 109 Kingaby on horse guards parade: A display of British and German aircraft which took part in the Battle of Britain is being held on Horse Guards Parade to mark the anniversary of the Battle. Photo shows a battle of Britain ACE Sqd. Leader Don Kingaby D.S.O. A.F.C. D.F.M. and Two bars who comes from Beckenham, Kent seated in the cockpit of a Mo. 109. chatting to youngsters on the Horse Guards Parade this morning. Sqd. Leader Kingaby shot down 22 aircraft (18 M.E.'s) during the war and was then a F/Sgt. and was known as M.E. 109 Kingaby
