Oct. 04, 1954 - National fabric fair.: The National Fabric Fair - Britain's number one shop window, opens today at the Royal Festival Hall. The fair will forecast the 1955 Spring collections, and over 100 lasting fabric manufacturers, the British Man-Made fibres Federation, British Nylon Spinners, the Silk Centre, 24 wholesale fashion designers and 7 members of the Incorporated Society of London fashion Designers are participating, and there will be parades by 10 of London's best known models.
