Field marshal Sir John Harding, the governor of Cyprus visited the British military hospital in Nicosia to see British troops who bad been wounded by the terrorists - and to find out from the men themselves just how they were progressing. Photo shows the Governor chatting with senior aircraftsman Joe Drennan R.A.F. during his visit to the hospital. AC Drennan was in a Nicosis restaurant when a terrorist hurled in three bombs. he tried to kick one outside when it exploded - he had to have a leg amputated. A.C.
