Transport Commission Chief In London: Sir Brian Robertson the British Transport Commission chief arrived at Paddington Station yesterday from Cheltenham. Glos. aboard teh 8. a.m. train. His train arrived thirteen minutes late - due to the bad weather conditions. Some passengers on the daily train claim that this particular train is always late - except when Sir Brian travels on it. British Railways state that no day to day alterations are made on the train - whether Sir Brian travels on it or not.
