Apr. 12, 1957 - The Queen's Cousin Goes Rockin At A Fantastic Party On An Underground Train: The smart set went Underground last night and rocked non-stop around the Inner Circle route from Charing Cross to Charing Cross. They skiffled and rocked their way through Euston, Kings Cross, Farringdon, and Edgware-road, and the price of the round tour was two shillings. Thats what each of the 75 guests - including the Queen's cousin, the Hon. Gerald Lascelles, paid for their tickets. It was a crazy mixed-up party given by 29-year-old Jonathan Routh, the ex-Cambridge undergraduate, who claims to earn his money as a professional hoaxer.
