Aug. 08, 1956 - British H-Bomb Commander: Air Vice-Marshal W.E. Oulton will be operational commander of Britain's 1957 nuclear test explosions in a remote part of the Pacific Ocean. All safety precautions are being taken in the tests which will be high air bursts, not involving heavy fall-out.
