Dec. 12, 1956 - British Officer Kidnapped in Port Said. Lieut - Moorhouse.: Twenty year old 2/Lieut. Anthony Gerard Moorhouse who comes from Leeds - was kidnapped in Port Said when hedrove alone in a Land-Rover when he went to a back-street flat where the West Yorkshires has seized eight Egyptian Commandos, . According to some Egyptian authorities - Moorhouse has been killed - but General Sir HGugh Stockwell - the Allied Commander is convinced Egyptians.
