Feb. 02, 1959 - Mother calls for baby she gave away: A year ago Kay Smith (3) war handed over to the Kent County Council after her parents Mr. and Mrs. Walter Smith of Ramagate had parted. Three year old Kay has lived with Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Newman at Caterham for a year and knows the she parents. Later the Smiths were reconciled and were granted a court order reclaiming the child.
