Nov. 28, 1957 - Guatemalan Minister In London Holds Press Conference. The Guatemalan Minister in London, Don Jorge Granados, gave a press conference at the Guatemalan Legation in London. In the House of Commons, it was stated that private talks between the Guatemalan Minister and Mr. George Price, member of a delegation from British Honduras, involving severance of the colony from Crown and its association with Guatemala, had led to the Colonial Secretary breaking off negotiations with Honduras delegation.
