Directors Decide By A: Small Majority: Sir Bernard Docker, millionaire industrialist, was yesterday voted out of his25, 000, 000 empire - the Birmingham Small Arms Co. by his fellow-diredtors. Last night the company announced from its Birmingham headquarters that he had ceased to be a director and no longer held the offices of chairman and managing director. The announcement added the MR. J.Y. Sangster, one of the company's directors, had agreed to accept the appointment of chairman. Complainte about Lady Docker's expenses for a mink coat and gold metallic dress to publicise Daimler cars - a B.S.A. subsidiary - are said to be one reason for the director's decision.
