Feb. 26 Air Patrol for New London - Birmingham Motorway: The new London - Birmingham Motorway will be the first in Britain to be regularly patrolled from the air when it is opened next month. The Automobile service on the motorway - including air patrols by spotter aircraft. The planes will be in constant radio contact with an A.A. Office at Broughton flyover near Newport Pagnall - and the pilots will be in radio touch with a fleet of A.A. patrols vehicles.
