Feb. 29 ADMIRALTY'S GIANT TESTING FRAME. This giant frame for testing ships structures, capable of crushing the bows of a destroyer like a nut in a pair of nut crackers, has been constructed for the Admiralty at Dunfermline. It is believed to be the only one of its kind in the world and will enable Naval Constructors to save weight in future worships while maintaining adequate strength. The building containing the frame will be opened by the First Lord of the Admiralty, the Rt. Hon J. P. L Thomas, N.P. on the 20th. July
