Mr.Luard Was jeered and heckled by 1500 angry Banabana now resident on Rabi, who are claiming independence tot their original homeland Ocean Island in the Gilbert Islands Colony. The Minister, UK High Commissioner in Fiji, Viscaunt Dunrossil (left) and Mr. Luard;s private secretary Mr Tom Duggan, sweated in 90 degree heat and high humidity as they listened ions of their plans for Ocean Island.PIC
