Feb. 29 Switch Starts Invasion of U.S. Squadrons to England: First moves have been in the reshaping of the United States Air Force tactical squadrons in Europe following General De Caulle's refusal to allow the American to store nuclear weapons in France. Squadrons of tactical fighter bombers are to be switched from airfields in France to Germany, while aircraft with longer range, are being moved back to Britain. Today the 10th Tactical reconnaissance Wing, of the U.S. Airforce, flow into the R.A.P station at A Hunttingdonshire from Germany.
