Mar. 22 Leader Of Ulster Peace Movement Betty Williams On Visit In West-Germany: Betty Williams, the leader of the Ulster Women for peace movement, has come to a four-day visit to West-Germany on invitation of the Federal Government. After having been to Hannover and Bonn, where she was received by the President of the Bundestag, Annmarie Ranger, Betty Williams has come to Hamburg. The Belfast housewife, a mother of two children, will be awarded this year's Carl Von-Osaietzky - Medal by the Berlin section of the International League for Human rights. She will share this decoration with Miss Mairead Corrigan and Mr. Ciaran McKeown.
