Feb. 29 Jeeves Leads the Way: British butlers, famed throughout the world for their efficiency and perfect manners, are growing in demand with wealthy householders of very nation to insure the smooth running of the home, the genteel and patient British butler was immortalized in the character of P.G. Woodehouse's Jeeves, the perfact manservant. To meet the demand a school for training Butlers in the traditional style, has been opened in London by top toastmaster, Iver Spencer, who has officiated at hundreds of State and Royal functions. And has teamed up with Leslie Bartlett, one of the countries top butlers, to train youngsters in the art.
