Mar. 03, 1960 - Musgrave wins the big walk: The 1, 000 marathon walk from John O'Groats to Land's End, was won today by the Yorkshire glass packer, Jimmy Musgrave with John Grundy, a railway worker, also of Yorkshire, second and Alf Rosentals, a miner of Nottingham, third. Photo shows Alf Rozentals, of Nottingham, who was third is greeted by his seven year old daughter, Susan, at Land's End today
