Nov. 11, 1963 - Old Lags Hold Meeting In The Square: Yesterday, 39-year-old Herbert Stratton, who was released from prison on Tuesday, held a mass rally in Trafalgar square, for the purpose of forming a trade union for prisoners, to campaign for better conditions in prisons. The meeting which was held in pouring rain, was attended by about a hundred people, mostly apparently press men and photographers.
