Feb. 02, 1963 - Mr. Heath attends the outer seven talks Geneva. Ministers of Efta th Outer seven met in Geneva yesterday. The British delegation is headed by Mr. Heath the lord privy seal - and Mr. Erroll, president of the board of trade.
