Oct. 10, 1960 - London's New Police Cadets Corps:The first course for the new Metropolitan Police Cadet Corps, . which is it hoped of many London's future policemen will eventually be proceeded, is now under way at Handon Training School. For the first six-months phase of the course 120 youths between 16 and 17 1/2 have been selected from over one thousand applications.
