Feb. 02, 1966 - The First Sea Lord At Home In His Premature Retirement: In his slightly premiere retirement, Sir David Luce - the First Sea Lord who resigned when major decisions on defence were announced by Mr. Healey, the Defence Secretary, in the Commons last Tuesday, is now taking things easy at his home at Mill-street, Titchfield, hants. He is a very keen gardener and is looking forward to the start of the sailing season. He and his wife Mary have been married 30 years and have two sons.
