The Minister of housing and Local Government, Sir Keith Joseph, toured slums, multi-occupied houses and tenements in Hackney, in the east end of London, today, Object was to see for himself the problems of housing faced by local authorities and to discuss the problem with them on the spot. Tomorrow he will visit Tottenham and Southwark.
