Chartwell to be opened to public: The National Trust have chose June 22nd as the opening date for Chartwell, Sir Winston Churchill's home at Westerham, Kent, which was bought and presented to the National Trust by a group of his friends in 1947.It will be open until the end of November 1966 - thereafter from March to November. Photo shows Table in Sir Winston's study with the family portraits
