Oct. 10, 1966 - Writ Served On Lord Angus: Lord Angus Montagu, 29-year old son of the Duke of Manchester, who, it is alleged is the father of the baby boy found in Quaglino's restaurant, was last night served with a High Court writ claiming more than9, 000 said to have been lent to him by t he child's mother. After serving the writ, Mr. William Wreford-Howard, director of a firm of private detectives and actin as a High Court officer, said he immediately told Miss Montagu. Miss Montagu - the former Sydney socialite Trixeena Bertine Stel - is the mother of the five-months old baby left by a friend in Quaglino's in Bury Street, Westminster, 10 days ago. Holborn solicitors, Light and Fulton, acting for Lord Angus, accepted service of an affiliation summons the next day. Miss Montagu, whohang d her name to Montagu by deed poll, is now reunited with her son after the baby spent four days in a Grwater London Council nursery in Paddington.
