Jan. 08, 1971 - Bugle Blast From The Lord Mayor: A blast yesterday from the Lord Mayor of London, Sir Peter Studd, as he tried out the instrument of Mr. Gerald Silcock, 39, bugler in the one-man Hillsborough Guard, Britain's oldest private army which the Downshire family of County Down raised with letters patent from Charles II. Mr. Silcock, who carries out ceremonial duties at Government House, Hillsborough, called at the Mansion House to invite Sir Peter to open Ulster 71 Exhibition in Belfast on May 14
