Nov. 25, 1971 - November 25th, 1971 Sir Alec Douglas-Home goes to No. 10 to report to Cabinet on Rhodesia Agreement An agreement to end the six-year-old constitutional dispute between Britain and Rhodesia was signed yesterday in Salisbury by Sir Alec Douglas-Home and Mr. Ian Smith. Sir Alec went along to No. 10 Downing Street this morning to report to Cabinet Ministers before making a statement later in the Commons.
