May 05, 1973 - Captive Councillors Set Free; A number a Councillor and officials, including Councillor Peter Methuen, chairman of Kensington and Chelsea Planning Committee, and Councillor Douglas Easton, chairman of the housing committee, who were held captive in all saints church hall, Notting hill, by members of a housing association, following a meeting last night about housing conditions, were set free today.
