May 05, 1974 - T.U.C. leader faces abuse as he leeds a back-to-work march in Ulster.:The seventh day of the general strike in Ulster brought more chaos with another 24 hours of severe power outs. Letalists claimed that the poor turn-out for the back-to-work marches was a humiliating defeat for Mr. Len Murray, the T.U.C. General-Secretary, who led the march into the Belfast shipyard despite being pelted with eggs, tomatoes, and other missiles, and lets of abuse. Slightly more tan 100 joined in the march.
