Dec. 10, 1973 - Council of Ireland Agreement.: Agreement on a Council of Ireland - with a core of seven Minsiters form Eire and seven from Ulster - was reached at the end of the talks between political leaders form London, Dublin and Belfast, at Sunningdale last night. After more than 50 hours of bargaining during four days and nights, five lenders from London, Dublin and Belfast signed and exchanged copies of an agreed communique. The signatories were Mr. Heath, Mr. Cosgrave, Eire;s Premier, Mr. Faulkner, Chief Executive Designate of Northern Ireland, Mrl. Garry Pitt, Leader of the Social Democratic and Labour Party and Mr. Oliver Napier, leader of the Alliance Party.
