Feb. 02, 1973 - Aid to the lord mayor: At the dinner of the worshipful company of founders held at the mansion house last month, the lord mayor of London mentioned that he had received a letter by a lady in Nairobi for help in securing three buckets with squeeze heads for mops which were not obtainable in Kenya. There was a sequel at the Mansion House this afternoon when the Lords Mayor received a bucket from Mr.J.P. McCormick, head of Geerpres Europe ltd. Three complete buckets with squeeze heads and mops are being sent to Nairobi as an indication of the ability of the city of London to help in small matters as well as big one.
