Apr. 12, 1976 - The House Of Lords Committee Of Privileges Decide That Geoffrey Russell Is The Rightful Forth Lord Ampthill: Mr Georffrey Russell, the famous Russell Baby of the 1920's today became the rightful fourth Lord Ampthill after today's findings of the House of Lords Committee of Privileges. Since 1973 and the death of the third Baron Lord Ampthill, geoffrey Russell has taken the title as a result of a 1924 Huse of Lords ruling. But this was challenged in February before the committee of nine by 25-year-old John Hugo Trenchard Russell, son of the late Lord Ampthill's third marriage.
