Mar. 20, 1973 - Precautions at bow street court. Security precautions were taken today at Bow Street Court, when seven men and three women appeared again today, charged that on divers days on and before March 8 this year, within the jurisdiction of the Central Criminal Court, they unlawfully and maliciously conspired together and with others, persons, to cause by explosive substances, explosions in the United Kingdom of a nature likely to endanger life or to cause serious injury to property contrary to section 3a of the Explosive Substances Act. 1883.
