Jan. 01, 1975 - Sir Robert Birley To Lecture In Germany: Sir Robert Birley is to lecture in Germany in March. He will lecture on Northern Ireland in Berlin, Kiel, Bielefeld and Stuttgart, enging in Keenigswinter at a conference for 25 British MP's and 25 German MP's. From April 1947 to August 1949 he was Educational Adviser to the British Control Commission in Germany, responsible for the German schools and universities in the British Zone, and along with the three Allies in Berlin.
