May 23, 1973 - LORD LAMBTON MAKES A STATEMENT AND ADMITS HE HAD A CASUAL AQUAINTANCE WITH A CALL GIRL LORD LAMBTON, the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of States for Defence for the Royal Air Force, yesterday resigned his position in the Government. Today in a statement he said I had a casual aquaintance with a'call girl but there has been no security risk and no blackmail'. I have no excuses whatsoever to make.
