May 14, 1972 - May 14th 1972 Mayors of 20 London Boroughs walk for charity 20 Mayors of London Borough which included the Lord Mayor Sir Edward Howard, took part in a walk today from the Dick Whittington memorial stone on Highgate Hill to the Mansion House which is five miles to raise funds for Charity. The money will be divided equally between the disablement income Group, and the needy and the Olympic appeal.
