Aug. 08, 1976 - 13 year-old Pakistani boy, Shamim Khan, who arrived in Britain last month without an entry permit to join his parents must leave the country tomorrow unless there is a last minute change of mind by the Home office. After a private hearing in the High Court today Mr Justice Cobb rejected an application by the boy's parents for leave to apply for an order quashing a refusal of an immigration officer to allow the boy to stay in Britain.
